29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: Spray booths excluding booth used for latex paint: On or about March 28, 2013, and times prior to, employees were exposed to the hazard of fire and smoke inhalation created by the employer allowing residue from overspray to accumulate in spray booths and by allowing brown roll paper to be hung on the spray booth walls and brown roll paper or cardboard to be placed on spray booth floors. ETS-Lindgren, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314936030, citation number 01, item number 006 and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at1016 Waldron Drive, Durant OK 74701.
