29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) By the Intra-Operative Sliding Door area, the containment box used to store lead had an accumulation of lead of 388.476 micrograms/square feet. This exposed employees to elevated levels of lead. (b) By the Intra-Operative Sliding Door area, fabrication table #2 had an accumulation of lead of 818.136 micrograms/square feet. This exposed employees to elevated levels of lead. (c) By the Intra-Operative Sliding Door area, fabrication table #3 had an accumulation of lead of 329.751 micrograms/square feet. This exposed employees to elevated levels of lead.
