29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  Jobsite located at 323 W Glenmore Road, Gretna, NE 68028: Employees installing roofing shingles on a roof were not protected from falling with the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The eve to ground height of the roof ranged from 8 feet to over 10 feet, exposing the employees to a fall of at least 8 feet.  Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation certification should include written verification of abatement, applicable measuring or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    Jobsite located at 323 W Glenmore Road, Gretna, NE 68028: Employees installing roofing shingles on a roof had not received any fall protection training from the employer and were exposed to a fall of 8 feet or more.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation certification should include written verification of abatement, applicable measuring or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:  Jobsite located at 323 W Glenmore Road, Gretna, NE 68028: Employees using a ladder to access the upper landing of a roof on which they were working did not receive any ladder safety training from the employer.  Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation certification should include written verification of abatement, applicable measuring or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
