The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 2406 N. 178th Street, Elkhorn, NE 68022 where the employer has employees roofing a new residential home without connecting the fall arrest harnesses they are wearing to the structure through the use of a rope, rope grab, anchor point and a shock absorbing lanyard.    Alfredo Navarro Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 898867, Citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 5/31/13, with respect to a workplace located at 323 W. Glenmore Road, Gretna, NE 68028 and became a Final Order effective September 6, 2013.
