Paint Room - employee(s) performed air spraying of Wurdack 13209 Matte Black paint which contains up to 10% n-butoxyethanol in the spray booth which was equipped with an exhaust fan that did not discharge exhausted air to the outside of the building.

Paint Room - Employees conducting spraying operations in the paint room were potentially exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that non-explosion proof electrical equipment including, but not limited to, fluorescent lights, fans, electrical outlets, and flexible cords was present inside the paint room.
