29 CFR 1926.1437(h)(6): The employer did not ensure that the information required in 1926.1437(h)(2), (h)(4), and (h)(5) for monthly, annual, and four-year barge crane inspections was documented and maintained in accordance with 1926.1412(e)(3) and (f)(7). On or about April 4th 2013 a barge, located on the Siuslaw River, had no documented records of monthly, annual, and four- year inspections. The barge, which was taking on water, was being used to support a Manitowoc 222 crawler crane during the Wharf Improvement Project, Florence OR.
