29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103) A.) JT Construction, 337 East Pine Street, Grove City, PA 16127, on or about April 4, 2013 and times prior thereto: Employees had been wearing 3M N95 respirators without medical evaluations, fit testing, and training, as well as with facial hair. A written respiratory protection program consisting of company specific requirements for medical evaluation, fit testing, training and the prohibition of facial hair while wearing a respirator had not been developed and implemented.
