The Boutique Du Jour Salon and Spa Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 634960, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1220 Airline, Suite 195, Corpus Christi, Texas.

29 CFR 1910.1048(d)(2): Employees who may have been exposed at or above the action level or STEL were not identified, and the exposure was not accurately determined for each identified employee: At this facility employees were exposed to formaldehyde gas when performing beauty operator activities, such as, but not limited to treatments using a combination of products, such as but not limited to: Brazilian Blowout Acai Professional Smoothing Solution, Brazilian Blowout Acai Deep Conditioning Masque, and Cocochoco Professional Complex Brazilian Keratin Straightening Treatment. The Boutique De Jour Salon and Spa Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29, CFR 1910.1048(d)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 634960, citation number 02 number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1220 Airline, Suite 195, Corpus Christi, Texas.
