29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) At the finishing department, on or about 4/10/2013: The employer had not completed an evaluation of employee exposure levels to volatile organic chemicals and particulates for spray painters required to wear half face negative pressure cartridge respirators while painting. Abatement certification must be submitted.
