The C Rojas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 331069, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/12/12 , with respect to a workplace located at 9 Copley Circle, Berlin, NJ, 08009.

Rojas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315153049, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/29/11, with respect to a workplace located at 464 Ridge Ave, Lakewood, NJ.    The C. Rojas Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 331069, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/12/12, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Copely Circle, Berlin, NJ.
