29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. Hydrau-Cylinder Disassembly Area - The "start" and "stop" buttons were not labled on the hand held Telemecanique controller to the cylinder disassembly unit. Southworth-Milton, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314142787, Citation 2 Item 4a, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/24/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 79 Robertson Drive, Brewer, Maine.
