29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:     (a)  Front mechanical room:  The electrical junction box did not have a cover installed and was energized.  This exposed employees to electric shock/burn hazards from incidental contact.     (b)  Back mechanical room:  The HVAC Unit #5 had cardboard covering the opening of an energized 200 Amp 240 AC unit.  This exposed employees to electric shock/burn hazards from incidental contact.
