29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    On or about April 8, 2013, at the worksite located at 300 North Spruce in Searcy, Arkansas;    (a)  Employees working on the east side of an approximately 5:12 pitched roof performing roof renovation tasks such as but not limited to putting copper in a wall tray was not protected from falling to lower levels.      (b)  Employees working on the west side of an approximately 5:12 pitched roof performing tasks such as but not limited to picking up debris and loose tile pieces was not protected from falling to lower levels.    Covington Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313725400, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Donaghey Avenue McCastlain Hall in Conway, Arkansas.
