29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) South side of the building, on or about April 8, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were working off of the top scaffolding that was approximately 13-14 feet off the ground, without guard railing on the east end. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
