Note 1: The Carrillo Stucco, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313351025, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on Dec. 21, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 1695 South Locust Grove, in Meridian, ID 83646.
