MAIN STREET, FRANKLINVILLE, NY. 14737.  29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section:  a) New hotel being constructed at the corner of Jeffereson and E. Henrietta Roads, two (2) employees observed working on a tower of tubular welded frame scaffolding with inadequate or missing of guardrails to protect the employees from falls of approximately 26' 5" to the concrete below.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
