29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2)(v): All exposed surfaces were not free from safety hazards. a) Lake Erie Rubber Works, Inc. / 6410 West Ridge Road, Erie, PA: On or about April 18, 2013 a Ballymore rolling ladder model #7879 was being used with legs that were broken and detached from the support structure. In addition, the rubber feet for the main vertical support legs that make contact with the floor to prevent accidental displacement of the ladder were missing and/or defective.
