29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about 11 April 2013, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 6 feet while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection. Note: Holladay Grace Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 92187, Citation 1, Item 1, issued 26 July 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 9644 Carriage Creek, Colorado Springs, CO. This citation became final order on 2 August 2012.
