Employees were exposed to 25 foot falls to the ground below as they were not using an appropriate form of fall protection while working on the 4 in 12 sloped section of this commercial building's roof. Violation observed on or about 04/02/2013. Stanley & Orke, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 533338, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/14/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 98 Ford Road, Denville, NJ.
