29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraphs (g)(4) of this section:    a)  On or about 4/19/2013, employees were observed using the guardrails of a Volvo Rental Sky Jack scissor lift to access the roof at the construction of the Honda Regal Dealership in Lakeland Florida. The employees that were not wearing any fall protective devices were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 31 feet.
