In the warehouse area located at 9380 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL: On or about July 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to crushing hazards in the event of a forklift tip-over or being ejected from the forklift, in that, employees were driving a forklift on site that did not have a seatbelt installed.

Seminole Machine and Welding, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1412923, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9380 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL.
