29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    On or about 4/15/13 at a renovation project at the Burger King located at 10 South Cascade Drive, Springville, New York; employees were using a fabricated frame scaffold to install siding on the exterior of the building. The employees were on a platform that was 10 feet 6 inches above the ground and working without fall protection.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
