29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On or about 4/15/13 at the Burger King renovation project located at 10 South Cascade Drive, Springville, New York; employees installing brick veneer were working below roofers installing flashing and trim material. The employees were not wearing protective helmets. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
