Self-luminous or electroluminescent signs that have a minimum luminance surface value of at least .06 footlamberts (0.21 cd/m2) are permitted. Main Storage, north exit door: On April 12, 2013, the single exit door at the end of the hallway, the EXIT sign was not illuminated and endangering workers in the event of an emergency.
