29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone: 775 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108 on or about 04/16/2013: The employees were exposed to the fall hazard while engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof without utilizing any type of fall protection. LCT Construction Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1962.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 755181, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1020-1024 Dwight Street, Springfield, MA 01102
