29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladderâ¿¿s length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  Work Site at 289 Beaverbrook Road, Lincoln Park, NJ:  Employees were exposed to falls up to 8 feet to the ground below as the ladder's side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the roof being accessed.  Violation observed on or about 3/14/2013.
