29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) On or about 04/18/13 in the Baler Room; accumulation of paper dust approximately 2 inches in depth was found on the center beam in this area. b) On or about 04/18/13 in the Baler Room; accumulation of paper dust between 1/8 - 8 inches in depth was found along the north wall in this area behind the baler. c) On or about 04/18/13 in the Panel Saw area; accumulation of paper dust approximately 1 inch depth was found on each of the five bar joists above the staging area. No Abatement Certification Required
