29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1 Brenner Court, Somerset, NJ 08873: Employees were observed performing roof sheathing on a 14/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 16' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about April 18, 2013. Speedy 2 Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 607078, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Second Avenue, Sea Girt, NJ.
