29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 25 Carver Avenue, Iselin, NJ 08830: Employees were observed performing tar paper installation operations at a height of approximately 23' to the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about October 7, 2014. Speedy 2 Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977333, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Keenan Street, Somerset, NJ 08873.
