(a) In the production area, the employer did not implement an effective cleaning routine for the crumb catch tray(s) to prevent fires from occurring in the fryer and ambient cooler.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:   (a) The employer did not ensure that employees expected to fight incipient stage fires were provided with an annual training on fire extinguisher use.    Pinah's Natural Snacks, LLC DBA Legacy Bakehouse, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 689098, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at N8 W22100 Johnson Drive, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
