Employees were observed walking/working on the South side of the 4th floor without any means of fall protection being used, thereby exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the balcony below.                                  Violation observed on or about 04/19/2013.   c) 1000 Avenue of Port Imperial, 5th floor South side, Weehawken, NJ   Employees were observed working at the edge of installing guardrail a system without being connected, thereby exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet to the balcony below.                                  Violation observed on or about 05/01/2013.
