29 CFR 1915.35(a)(1)(i): Employees were not protected by air line respirators in accordance with requirements of 29 CFR 1915 Subpart I when continuously exposed to spraying of paints mixed with toxic vehicles or solvents in confined spaces: This violation was discovered on April 4, 2013; where an employee was succumbed to paint fumes while spray painting inside a tank while wearing a negative pressure full face respirator instead of an airline respirator.
