29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: (a) Throughout Facility - On or about April 25, 2013, where oxygen/acetylene brazaing is conducted by assigned employees and where a policy requiring the total evacuation of all employees has not been developed and portable fire extinguishers are located throughout the faciilty and available for employee use, employees were not familiarized with the hazards related to fighting incipient stage fires or the basic principles of of fire extinguisher use.
