NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.       Abatement Note: One feasible and acceptable method of abatement is by compliance with section 8.2.3.2(b) in "Elevator Industry Field Employees Safety Handbook" 2010 edition by Elevator World, Inc.
