29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):    Each employee engaged in residential construction activities working 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) 1003 Boston Ave., Point Pleasant Beach:  5 employees of US Contractor, Inc were installing roof shingles on a steep sloped roof of a three story residential structure, and were not using adequate fall protection (PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) exposing them to fall hazards greater than 19 feet from the roofs eaves to the ground surface below.  Observed on or about 4/27/2013.
