29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite, 1003-1023 South 17th Street - Workers were installing trusses within 6' of unprotected edges up to 24' above the next level without conventional or alternative methods of fall protection, observed on or about 4/25/13. b) Jobsite, 1003-1023 South 17th Street, Unit 1021 - Workers were performing plumbing operations within 2' of an 3'8" (in width) x 3'4" (in width) floor hole 12' above the next level without fall protection, observed on or about 4/25/13.
