29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) Jobsite - Stairs from first, second and third floor - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eleven (11) feet while using stairs that were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge. Observed on or about 01/15/15.

29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Variations in riser height or tread depth were over 1/2-inch (0.6 cm) in any stairway system: a) Jobsite - Stairs from first to the second floor, last step going up - Employees were exposed to tripping and fall hazards when using stairs with different riser heights. The riser height were not uniform within each flight of stairs. The vertical height of highest step was 12.5 inches and the vertical height of steps below were 7.5 inches. Observed on or about 01/15/15.
