East Side of the House: The employees that carried the bundles of shingles weighing approximately 70 pounds up the Werner fiberglass extension ladder had the bundles on their shoulder with their arm draped over the bundle to stabilize it and did not maintain a 3 point contact with the ladder and therefore could not grasp the ladder with one hand when progressing up the ladder as determined on 5-1-13.
