29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.        a. 41 West Harriet Ave, Palisades Park, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while installing Tyvek wrap from a fabricated scaffold three frames in height without a guardrail system, on or about 4/25/2013.      BSI Ban Sok Interiors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 457953, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/06/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 353 Broad Ave, Leonia, NJ 07605.
