29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      A) Lower level of structure, right side - Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below roofing and framing activities. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about April 21st, 2014.        BSI Ban Sok Interiors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903513, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 26th, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 41 West Harriet Avenue in Palisades Park.
