29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On oe about February 13, 2013, at Rig #434, there were two flexible cords were run through the top cover of a storage container belonging to Stellar Oil Field Rentals, LLC. The container was next to a water tank. This potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards.
