This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock and burns hazards.   a. A 50-foot 12 AWG electrical extension cord located behind the rig crew's trailer had a broken strain relief on the plug side.    b. A cable going into high voltage electrical circuit breaker box located on side of Directional Driller's trailer had a broken strain relief.
