29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. On or about 05/01/2013, at the job site - employees installing roof decking and trusses to a new construction were not protected from a fall hazard, in that, the use of personal fall protection equipment was not enforced, exposing the employees to a 41 feet fall hazard.   ECUA FL CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 560501, CITATION 01 ITEM NUMBER 01, ISSUED ON 08/28/2012, AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 10/26/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED ON 654 ECONOLOCKHATCHEE TRAIL ORLANDO, FL 32825.
