29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.    a) Throughout buildings 5 & 9: On May 6 ,2013 and at times prior thereto, more than 5% of the total square footage of the floor and horizontal surfaces were covered in wood dust measuring at least 1/32 inch exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards associated with combustible dust.    Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.    Woodgrain Millworks, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 623858 citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 1201 West Karcher Road, Nampa, ID 83687.
