29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) East section of building, north end, on the Cram-A-Lot bailer, the electrical safety interlocks were bypassed by means of using tape to make the sensors appear to have a closed door during operations. b) East section of building, north end, on the Balewel bailer, the electrical safety interlock was held in an operation mode by the use of a metal clamp that allowed the machine to operate with the guards open.
