29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:      a) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the back register located in the back lobby near the gun range showed a lead surface contamination of 8967.59 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).     b) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the dead bolt located on door #4 outside the gun range showed a lead surface contamination of 1725 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).     c) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the back of the chair located in the kitchen area  showed a lead surface contamination of 1370.37 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      d) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the the sink knobs located in the kitchen area showed a lead surface contamination of 7136.11 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      e) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the outside knob to door #4 near the range showed a lead surface contamination of 466.76 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      f) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the kitchen table showed a lead surface contamination of 769.35 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      g) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the microwave handle located in the kitchen area showed a lead surface contamination of 619.54 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).     h) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the sales register located in the front lobby showed a lead surface contamination of 1510.19 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      i) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the shower door showed a lead surface contamination of 1454.63 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      j) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the locker of one employee showed a lead surface contamination of 633.24 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).      k) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed that the refrigerator handle showed a lead surface contamination of 1542.59 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).     l) On May 8, 2013, a wipe sample was conducted by OSHA in which revealed the outside door handle leading to the shower showed a lead surface contamination of 450.74 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2).           Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).      Article II Gun Shop and Range, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.10259 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 506799, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Cortland Ave, Lombard, IL. 60148.
