29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the kitchen table located in the kitchen area, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 536.962 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). b) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the refrigerator handle on the refrigerator located in the kitchen area, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 1685.206 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). c) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the sink handle on the sink located in the kitchen area, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 292.635 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). d) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the chair back of a chair located in the kitchen area, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 1111.084 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). e) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the keypad of the back room register in the lobby of the gun range, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 1215.132 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). f) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the outside handle of range door 4 that leads to range 4, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 3046.191 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). g) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the emergency exit door push bar that leads outside of the building near the gun range, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 7331.668 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). h) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the emergency exit door handle that leads outside of the building near the gun range, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 1231.854 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). i) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the front register in the front lobby demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 701.020 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). j) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the shower bathroom door handle, an employee bathroom, demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 234.758 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). k) On January 24, 2014, a wipe sample taken from the shower wall in the employee bathroom demonstrated a surface lead concentration of 263.650 micrograms per square foot (ug/ft2). Abatement document is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d). Article II Gun Shop and Range, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 905236, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/25/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Cortland Ave, Lombard, IL 60148 Article II Gun Shop and Range, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 506799, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Cortland Ave, Lombard, IL 60148
