This condition exposed the employees to a 20 feet fall hazard onto the ground. b) On or about May 28, 2013, onboard the vessel in the dry dock, where employees were working from the vessel deck surface without being protected by guardrails. The vessel deck was greater than ten feet above the dry dock surface. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard.
