29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Residential jobsite: On May 8, 2013 and at times prior thereto employees performing re-roofing activities were not protected by the fall protetion system that was in place while installing, removing, relocating and re-installing the anchor points. Note) Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item.
