29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii): Where ground-fault circuit interrupters were not utilized, employer did not establish and implement an assured equipment grounding conductor program on the construction site covering all cord sets, receptacles which are not part of the building or structure, and equipment connected by cord and plug which are available for use or used by employees. At the front of the Combined Support Maintenance Shop Project, the employer did not properly implement their assured equipment grounding conductor program. An extension cord used to provide power to a Skilsaw, serial number 111 566740, was tagged with a red color code label. The color code for the month of May 2013 was green.
